Helping Your Child Become a
Courageous Eater

About Intentional OT

My name is Kim Reid and I created Intentional OT to help parents who are frustrated by their child’s picky eating. My goal is to help make your family mealtime enjoyable!

As an occupational therapist in the pediatric setting, I saw a wide range of families who needed help with picky eating. When I became a mom, I saw a need in my community to alleviate (and prevent) the frustration that picky eating brings to a family.

  • Are mealtimes a source of stress?
  • Is your child hesitant (or even terrified) to try new or non-preferred foods?
  • Have you given up offering your child new foods because you know s/he won’t eat them?
  • Is your baby transitioning to solid foods, but you’re unsure how to start?

If you answered yes to any of the above, my online courses and consultations can help improve mealtime with your little (or big!) ones.
